Ha Ha Salad

The salad is healthy and the dressing is tasty.

Ingredients: Salad

  • 1 bag broccoli slaw (about a pound)
  • 1 c. sunflower seeds
  • 1 bunch green onions - chopped
  • 1 red pepper - chopped
  • 2 packages ramen noodles - Oriental Flavor-uncooked-crushed
  • 1 c. toasted almonds (optional)

Dressing

  • 1 c. oil
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/3 c. white vinegar
  • 1 Oriental flavor packet from the ramen noodles

Heat slightly to dissolve sugar. Cool.

Toss the salad right before it is served so the noodels don't get soggy.
