Curry Almond Spread

Ingredients

  • 2 - 8 oz packages of cream cheese, softened
  • 1 - 9 oz. jar of mango chutney
  • 1 cup slivered almonds, toasted
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • extra toasted almonds
  • assorted crackers

Directions

  1. Mix together first 5 ingredients in food processor, scraping sides if needed.
  2. Chill 1 hour.
  3. Shape into ball.
  4. Sprinkle with extra toasted almonds.
  5. Serve with assorted crackers.
